Job Description
• Implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, 5S,TPM,Quality Circles, QITs, Kaizen in different sections of plant,
• To carry out Internal audits & regular monitoring for checking effectiveness of systems,
• To collect & analyze the data and preparation of presentation for management review,
• To spread awareness about the management systems in different sections of plant,
• To coordinate for Certification/surveillance audits of different management systems as per plan with External agency,
• To communicate with external certification bodies for management systems related matters,
• To provide required guidance to all Internal auditors & circle members to prepare a committed and high performing team for ensuring effective auditing of the systems in the organization,
• To Introduce new tools and techniques as and when the progress of TPM and other management system happens,
• To be proficient in doing data analysis and preparing presentations by using Microsoft Office XP and other related tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B. Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial),
- PGDM, Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001
- 4-9 years of experience in implementation of management systems (i.e. ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, 5S, TPM, Quality Circles, QITs, Kaizen) in manufacturing industry,
- Training to core group.
- Knowledge of legal aspects related to ISO 14001,SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001 is must.
- Operations background and shop floor experience is preferred.
